Inspirational leader of the year award

The female half of our founding team is a hands on leader that always considers the wider impact of her business decisions. Rachel manages several teams within the company, whilst simultaneously being a voice for the development of the regions manufacturing future wherever possible, as a member of SYMCA’s Business Board, SCC’s Divers Business Board set up by Business Sheffield and a member of the Company of Cutler’s. Rachel enjoys the variation of being involved in a manufacturing role and is proud that she is able to contribute to the sector’s success within our great city.
